We are closely monitoring the state of the COVID-19 pandemic and we are optimistic the 2021 festival will proceed as planned. If the festival must be cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will have the option to roll over their tickets or request a refund. The timeline for refunds will be sent via email and posted on all official Blue Ridge Rock Festival social media pages.

The ONLY Verified Outlet to Purchase Tickets for the Festival is through our EXCLUSIVE 2021 Ticketing Partner, ETix. Any tickets purchased outside of America’s #1 independent ticketing outlet, Etix.com, may be deemed invalid.

**BLUE RIDGE ROCK FESTIVAL reserves the right, at all times and in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers, to either to deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Festival Grounds venue and/or the event site for violation of any Festival Event Rules, including, but not limited to, seeking to bring, into and/or possessing or useing any prohibited items while on at the Festival Venue and/or Festival Campgrounds. All such Festival Event Rules may be updated or modified at any time, without notice.
Moshing and Crowd Surfing may take place. Be aware of your surroundings. These activities may become dangerous and are done so at your own risk. Blue Ridge Rock Festival is not responsible for any injuries that may result from participating in these actions.
Blue Ridge Rock Festival is not responsible, or liable, for any lost or stolen items while on-site at the Festival or Festival’s Campgrounds. We will have a Lost & Found and our expansive Security Team will work to assist you in any way, should any items become misplaced. We encourage you to leave your valuable items at home or locked in your vehicles. Please contact Info@BlueRidgeRockFest.com for Lost & Found assistance.
Vending of any kind, outside of being an “official” Blue Ridge Rock Festival Vendor, is strictly prohibited on any of the Festival grounds.
Due to our awesome, spacious new venue for 2021, all Festival parking is now done conveniently on-site! You can save money and time by purchasing a Parking Pass in advance.

The Day Parking Lot closes 2 hours after the end of the last daily festival sanctioned event.
If you choose to mail your tickets, they will be shipped 3 weeks out from the event.
If you choose will-call, you are able to pick up your tickets at the gates.
We are beyond grateful for our fans who chose to hold onto their tickets. As a thank you, 3 Day pass holders will get access to the new 4th day of the festival for free!
You do not have to do anything else except countdown the days until the festival! Your tickets will be mailed or will be available at will call, depending on which option you chose.

Water refill stations will be available on the festival grounds to ensure you stay hydrated while rocking out!
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged. Concert lineup and set times are subject to change.
If you purchased a ticket in 2020 and did not request a refund during the extended refund window, your tickets have been rolled over for the 2021 event. Refunds for 2020 are no longer being processed. If you purchased a 3-Day ticket for the 2020 festival, you will receive the 4th Day for free.
RAIN OR SHINE
All events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS
In the unlikely event of a COVID-19 forced cancellation, all fans will have the opportunity to receive a full refund or transfer their tickets to the 2022 festival.
If the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason other than COVID-19, we will contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures.
